Artwork Requirements & Design Services
If you would like to provide us with your custom artwork you may send it to us electronically to: adgorders@yahoo.com or to your personal sales representative at the e-mail address listed on the “Contact Us” page link on this website.

We accept all forms of artwork, however an Adobe Illustrator .eps or .ai file in vector format is preferred. We ask that you send vector art when possible and convert all type to outline form. Vector artwork allows us to manipulate artwork for color separation and production purposes, while maintaining the integrity of your artwork.

For viewing purposes a .jpg or .pdf file may also be sent. Depending on the complexity of your artwork, art charges may be applicable if we must create an .eps or .ai file from another file format.

If you don’t have electronic artwork, we can work with whatever you have! Our design team can reproduce your artwork or create a custom design for you. Custom design services are billed at $35.00 per hour. Your customer-service representative can advise you of art charges before you begin your order process.

You may request an artwork confirmation that can be sent to you electronically. You will be able to proof and view your artwork as it will be printed or embroidered.
