Samples:
We are happy to provide you with random samples of products at no charge when available. We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection – as well as the quality, color, size, etc. Larger or higher-priced items, such as luggage or leather goods, may require a sample-charge. Some sample items may be returnable although subject to a return-freight fee and a re-stocking fee from the manufacturer.

Product Proofs:
Pre-production product proofs are available. Fees differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. We are happy to inquire to your unique situation and product requirements.

Artwork Requirements:
Most manufacturers that we work with require an Adobe Illustrator .eps or.ai file in vector format. This file allows them to size and manipulate your artwork to fit your desired product and still maintain the clarity and integrity of your logo for the cleanest imprint available. If you cannot provide your logo in an .eps or.ai file, please ask your customer service representative for other artwork options.
