Minimum orders:
Screen-printed apparel orders require a twelve-piece minimum. However, if you are printing the same image (artwork) in the same image size and using the same color of inks on every garment, you are welcome to mix and match your apparel selections to achieve quantity discounts. In example: if you would like to combine orders of T-shirts, sweatshirts and other items printed with the same logo, you may do so! You are never required to order in even dozens or in specific size ratios. Please call us and we will be happy to assist you.

Pricing:
Screen-printing prices are based on the number of pieces ordered at one time and the number of ink colors printed per location on the garment (i.e. front, back, sleeve, leg, etc.). Prices include all screen and set-up charges. There are several quantity price breaks offered beginning with twelve piece orders. The more pieces that you order at one time, the lower your price will be. Please call us for custom pricing.

Production Time:
Our standard production time is five to ten working days, although we will make every effort possible to meet your last-minute deadlines without a rush charge.

Artwork:
We accept electronic art files and also offer custom design services. You may request an artwork confirmation so that may proof your artwork and layout before it is printed. Please refer to our “Artwork Requirements & Design Services ” link on our home page to provide you with additional information. We match PMS (Pantone Matching System) color requests at no additional charge.

Delivery Options:
Free local delivery services are provided to the Bloomington, Indiana and Indiana University campus areas. Freight quotes are always available. UPS is our standard carrier.

Payment options:
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. Billing is available with established credit. You may request an order confirmation that will tally all of your order charges, as well as detail your garment style and sizing information.
